Personal Lines Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Manager to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in personal lines insurance and leadership. The successful candidate will oversee a team of four and manage all aspects of personal lines, including auto, home, dwelling, umbrella, boats, and recreational vehicles. This position offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote capacity, depending on your location.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of four personal lines professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Oversee the quoting and underwriting of new and renewal business for personal lines accounts, including auto, home, dwelling, umbrella, boats, and recreational vehicles
- Ensure the team meets performance goals and maintains high standards of customer service
- Act as a mentor and lead by example, promoting a culture of teamwork and professional growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
- Utilize the Vault software system to manage accounts and streamline processes
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance; 5+ years preferred
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Proficiency in using insurance software, with experience in Vault being a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and contribute to the team's success
