Personal Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Personal Lines Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned insurance professional with a proven track record in personal lines and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, with potential for profit sharing and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Manage a full spectrum of personal lines accounts, including high-net-worth and standard clients.
- Handle all aspects of personal lines insurance, including quoting, marketing, selling, and servicing.
- Build and maintain your own book of business, with access to commercial lines support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and foster a strong team bond.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of growth and development.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Proficiency in Applied Systems, with preference for EPIC experience.
- Familiarity with carriers such as Erie, NYC, and Hanover is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high-volume workload.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally and contribute to the company’s success.
