Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office and remote work.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000 annually (depending on experience) plus commissions.

Responsibilities
- Manage a $1 million premium book of standard personal lines accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business (50/50 split).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proficiency in EZLynx software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A team player with a drive to grow and succeed within the organization.
- Current on Continuing Education (CE) requirements and in good standing with the Department of Insurance (DOI).
