Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage a significant book of business, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth of a well-established and nationally expanding insurance agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience)
- Incentives: 20% commission on new business

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, provide end-to-end servicing of personal lines accounts, including quoting, renewing, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently (prior experience with EPIC is a plus).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and productive work environment.
- Support the agency's growth by identifying opportunities for new business and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- 2-3+ years of experience in an insurance agency is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is highly desirable.

- Strong communication and phone skills.
