Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role will focus on servicing personal lines accounts, with a strong emphasis on renewals and cross-selling opportunities. Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide full servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy changes, claims assistance, invoicing, and marketing renewals.
- Handle policy change requests, such as adding or dropping vehicles.
- Assist clients with claims processing and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Quote and market renewals (80%) and new business (10%), primarily through cross-selling and referrals.
- Work with carriers such as Mercury, Safeco, and the California Fair Plan to manage accounts ranging from $5,000 to $30,000 in size.
- Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in personal lines account management, with familiarity in working with Mercury systems being a must.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft or similar agency management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, organizational aptitude, and a personable demeanor.
- Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in an in-office setting with a collaborative but focused team.
