Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients and ensuring the smooth operation of the personal lines department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, community-oriented environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually (DOE). Higher salaries will be considered for candidates with exceptional experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) with matching.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (phones start at 9:00 AM).
  • Work Environment: Hybrid setup available; no fully remote work.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing A-Z servicing of personal lines accounts, including client service, remarketing renewals, and handling daily interactions.
  • Managing a low volume of walk-in traffic (approximately two visits per week).
  • Quoting new and renewal business.
  • Utilizing Applied Epic software for account management (training provided if necessary).
  • Supporting the growth of the organization by delivering exceptional service and contributing to the development of high-net-worth clientele.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applied Epic software is preferred, but not required. Candidates should be tech-savvy and willing to learn.
  • Client Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • Growth-Oriented: A desire to grow professionally and contribute to the expansion of the organization.
  • Additional Experience: Experience with high-net-worth clientele is a plus.
