Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service and support for a robust book of business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large book of standard personal lines accounts.
  • Handle renewals and re-shop policies as needed.
  • Process endorsements with carriers and ensure accuracy.
  • Address risk control recommendations and implement necessary actions.
  • Manage notices of cancellations and work to secure reinstatements.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a reliable point of contact for clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2+ years of agency experience preferred.
    • Experience working with multiple carriers in an agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC management software.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
