Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a small, independent insurance agency.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business.
- Handle renewals, quoting, cross-selling, and policy changes.
- Provide exceptional client service, including Certificates of Insurance (COI) and addressing client inquiries.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Mercury and Travelers.
- Utilize Epic software for account management.
- Support the agency's growth by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional coverage.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in California.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in personal lines insurance.
- Familiarity with carriers such as Mercury and Travelers.
- Experience with Epic software is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment.
- Soft Skills: Personable, timely, and efficient.
