Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a fast-growing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a shared book of personal lines accounts.
  • Provide high-quality service to clients, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, and re-shops as needed, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address risk control recommendations and manage notice of cancellations, seeking reinstatements when necessary.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure seamless account management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 1-2+ years of experience working with multiple carriers in an agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC or similar agency management systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to client service.
  • Preferred Attributes: Broker-side experience and the ability to contribute ideas and solutions in a team environment.
