Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.

Compensation Package

Hourly Rate: $23 - $28 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts.
Assist producers with quoting and renewing business.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and improve processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas and improvements.
