Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance and support for their insurance needs
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims
- Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage and identify opportunities for account rounding
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, prepare submissions, and negotiate competitive terms for clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
- Uphold agency standards and compliance guidelines, following established procedures and protocols
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and professional development
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant insurance industry experience required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license - required
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $50k-$60k (based on experience) + commission
