Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Commercial Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying cross-sell & upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring that the needs of the clients are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the existing client base.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance policies to effectively advise clients on their insurance needs.
- Work closely with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing on behalf of clients.
- Handle client inquiries, claims, and policy changes in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and performance to management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account management.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
