Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Commercial Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying cross-sell & upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring that the needs of the clients are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance policies to effectively advise clients on their insurance needs.
  • Work closely with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing on behalf of clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, claims, and policy changes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status and performance to management.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance account management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
