Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients, managing standard personal lines accounts such as home, auto, umbrella, renters/condos, boats, and motorcycles.
- Handle client-facing interactions, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Quote new and renewal business, leveraging your expertise to meet client needs.
- Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines account management. Experience with Erie Insurance is a significant plus.
- Skills: Strong client service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with account management software.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
