Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, managing standard personal lines accounts such as home, auto, umbrella, renters/condos, boats, and motorcycles.
  • Handle client-facing interactions, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Quote new and renewal business, leveraging your expertise to meet client needs.
  • Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines account management. Experience with Erie Insurance is a significant plus.
  • Skills: Strong client service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with account management software.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
