Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business that includes both middle-market and high-net-worth clients.
- Handle all aspects of account management (A-Z), including quoting new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is highly preferred.
