Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse book of business, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring seamless account management from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service. Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business that includes both middle-market and high-net-worth clients.
  • Handle all aspects of account management (A-Z), including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is highly preferred.
