Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM) to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts valued at $1 million
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Process new and renewal quotes efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management
- Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in personal lines account management, with a strong focus on servicing accounts
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in agency management software
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment, demonstrating discipline and reliability
- Preferred Background: Experience in independent agencies is highly preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
