Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to clients and managing a robust book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a sizable book of business consisting of a large portfolio of personal lines clients
  • Provide day-to-day service and support to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
  • Quote new and renewal business to maintain and grow the client base
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold the company’s commitment to exceptional client service

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Personal Lines Account Manager in an agency setting
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
  • Client Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
