Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to clients and managing a robust book of business.
Responsibilities
- Manage a sizable book of business consisting of a large portfolio of personal lines clients
- Provide day-to-day service and support to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Quote new and renewal business to maintain and grow the client base
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the company’s commitment to exceptional client service
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Personal Lines Account Manager in an agency setting
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
- Client Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
