Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and professional Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through a mix of inbound leads and self-sourced opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-value accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for personal lines insurance policies.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Active Florida Personal Lines Insurance License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to present well in client-facing situations.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and tools.
- Work Ethic: Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to previous roles.
