Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines CSR, your primary duties will include:

  • Answering client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Servicing existing policies, including policy changes, endorsements, and addressing general billing questions.
  • Assisting clients with rate increase inquiries and providing quotes for new and renewal business.
  • Managing a large book of business consisting of personal lines clients and policies (alongside another team member).
  • Utilizing EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (open to candidates with captive insurance experience).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Licenses/Designations: An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, problem-solving capabilities, and a client-focused mindset.
