Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Insurance CSR Agent to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing the company's book of business by selling a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. Compensation Package
- Salary: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Develop and calculate tailored insurance plans based on clients' individual needs.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Expand the company's business reach through effective networking techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance standards and regulations.
- Monitor and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and dependability.
