Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and addressing client inquiries.
- Manage personal lines accounts, including homeowners' policies, with a small percentage of commercial accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate servicing of accounts.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with experience in Florida personal lines insurance preferred.
- Licensing: Active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Skills: Strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Technology: Familiarity with relevant insurance software is a plus.
