Personal Lines Department Manager/Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Department Manager/Account Manager to join a growing team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage the Personal Lines Department, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
- Service a book of standard personal lines accounts, maintaining a high retention ratio through proactive client engagement.
- Quote and round business accounts to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Conduct annual account reviews to ensure client needs are met and coverage remains appropriate.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier offerings and the personal lines market.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and support company growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Personal Lines Account Manager in an agency setting. Management or leadership experience is a plus. Commercial Lines experience is also a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Work Ethic: Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
