Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

 

Job Summary
A dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) is needed to support a Personal Lines department. This role is responsible for delivering excellent client service by assisting with standard personal insurance accounts.

 

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles, billing inquiries, updating payees, adjusting coverages/mileage, and related tasks.
  • Provide courteous and efficient assistance to clients for routine service needs.
  • Manage client interactions by phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Utilize EPIC software to maintain and update client records.
  • Collaborate with the Personal Lines team to ensure smooth service delivery.

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license, or a Personal Lines license.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant insurance experience required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with EPIC software is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
    • Strong punctuality and reliability.
    • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
