Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Personal Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most in their lives. The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for developing client relationships, providing expert advice on personal insurance products, and creating tailored solutions to meet clients’ unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as a trusted advisor for their personal insurance needs.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Assess clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate policies, including home, auto, and other personal lines coverage.
- Provide clients with customized insurance solutions ensuring comprehensive protection.
- Stay up to date with insurance products, industry trends, and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and managing claims on behalf of clients.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets while maintaining the highest level of ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Proven experience in selling personal insurance products, with a strong understanding of personal lines coverage such as auto, home, umbrella, and more.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about advancements in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, insurance software, and basic office applications.
