Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 for entry-level candidates; $60,000–$70,000 for experienced professionals (negotiable based on experience and performance).
- Commissions: Competitive commission structure with potential for higher earnings based on new business growth.

Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate leads through warm leads provided by bank partnerships, cold calling, and tools such as Zywave and MyEdge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on niche accounts such as transportation, construction, retail, non-profits, and school districts.
- Quote and manage new and renewal business, with a focus on growing a robust book of business.
- Utilize company-provided software, including EPIC, Zywave, and proprietary systems, to manage client accounts and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Occasionally travel to meet with clients, depending on lead requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including entry-level professionals. Prior experience in a captive producer role is a plus.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, self-motivation, and a hunger to succeed. Candidates with experience in niche markets or specialized accounts are highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC, Zywave, and CRM systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Work Ethic: Must be aggressive, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within the organization.
