Personal Lines Senior Client Manager/Team Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Senior Client Manager/Team Lead to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to supporting the Account Executive in managing client relationships and ensuring client retention. The successful candidate will oversee a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, providing exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually

  • Work Environment: In-office role with no travel required

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and advocacy.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries.
  • Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Personal Lines Account Management.
  • Active Property & Casualty License (required).
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
