Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a generalist book of business, with a focus on small to mid-market accounts. Experience with technology accounts and familiarity with E&O and D&O coverage is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually (based on experience) + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts, including technology accounts.
- Handle renewals, quoting, endorsements, and Certificates of Insurance (COI).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize the Epic software system for account management (training provided if necessary).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 2-6 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is preferred but not mandatory.
