Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in personal lines insurance, who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. You will primarily handle standard accounts, with occasional exposure to high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
- Work Arrangement: In-office/hybrid
- Equipment: Provided for remote work, if applicable
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market personal lines accounts, primarily standard accounts with some HNW clients.
- Handle renewals, marketing, and new business processes.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain organized and accurate records in AMS360 software.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in personal lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, a proactive "go-getter" attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
