Personal Lines Senior Associate Client Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Senior Associate Client Representative to join a team. In this role, you will work independently to support lead service and/or Client Advisors by following established workflows and procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of account management processes, while delivering exceptional service to clients.


Compensation Package

  • Base Salary Range: $47,400 to $54,100 (based on experience, qualifications, and business needs)

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
  • Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
  • Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
  • Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices.
  • Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, and change requests.
  • Create activities in EPIC and assign them to applicable team members.

Other Responsibilities (as applicable):

  • Pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc.
  • Generate and send renewal proofs upon request.
  • Verify endorsements against requests.
  • Perform document maintenance and retrieval.

Qualifications/Requirements

Work Experience:

  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance.

Professional Licenses/Certifications:

  • Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Essential Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) with basic formatting skills.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems and carrier sites.
  • Basic understanding of property and casualty insurance coverage.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet quality standards and handle urgent tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
  • Capability to follow established processes and deliver results under close direction.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
