Commercial Lines Senior Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in commercial account management, including both new and renewal business. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, including contractors, construction, and grocery store verticals, with account sizes ranging from $1,000 to $700,000. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex submissions and contribute to the growth of a $2M book of business.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
  • Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after 90 days

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including contractors, construction, and grocery store verticals.
  • Handle both new and renewal business submissions, ensuring timely and accurate quoting.
  • Take ownership of complex submissions and provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the book of business, with a focus on larger accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial account management, including both new and renewal business.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance practices and policies.
  • Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, or AINS are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex submissions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
