Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in managing middle-market accounts and is well-versed in all lines of commercial insurance. The successful candidate will take ownership of a significant book of business, working with accounts ranging from $50,000 to $1 million in size. This is an onsite position, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team in a collaborative environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- 401(k) Plan: Yes

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including property, cyber, EPLI, workers' compensation, and package policies
- Handle all aspects of account management from A-Z, including quoting new and renewal business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Extensive experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle-market accounts
- Strong knowledge of various lines of coverage, including property, cyber, EPLI, workers' compensation, and package policies
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
- A proven track record of long-term stability and success in previous roles
