Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of small commercial accounts.
- Provide full-service account management, including certificates, endorsements, invoicing, and client communication.
- Handle marketing and remarketing efforts for accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business, with a heavier focus on renewals.
- Ensure timely and responsive communication with clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Commercial Lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.
- Eager to learn and willing to be trained.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong client service skills with a responsive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
