Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business consisting of small commercial accounts.
  • Provide full-service account management, including certificates, endorsements, invoicing, and client communication.
  • Handle marketing and remarketing efforts for accounts.
  • Quote new and renewal business, with a heavier focus on renewals.
  • Ensure timely and responsive communication with clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Commercial Lines account management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.
    • Eager to learn and willing to be trained.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Strong client service skills with a responsive and professional demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
