Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and non-profits. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in account management, marketing, and client relations, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts.
  • Oversee all aspects of account management, including renewals, certificates, endorsements, and quoting new/renewal business.
  • Collaborate with the assistant team for administrative support while handling tasks independently as required.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Support marketing efforts and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 7+ years in commercial lines account management preferred, with a focus on middle-market accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
