🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Analyze healthcare costs & insurance plan performance 🏥

• Evaluate claims data, demographics & pricing strategies 📉

• Build reports and executive-ready presentations 📑

• Collaborate with consultants, account managers & carriers 🤝

• Negotiate rates and model contributions across multiple benefit lines 💬

💼 What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of underwriting experience (consulting, brokerage, or insurance) ⏱️

• Deep knowledge of health & welfare benefits 🧠

• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas & modeling) 💻

• Experience with self-funded & fully insured plans 🛡️

• A passion for data, detail, and making complex insights simple ✅

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Risk Management or Health Informatics preferred)

• Requirement: Life & Health license 📜

👥 Work Style:

• Full-time, M–F (8:30 AM–5 PM)
