Bilingual Employee Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the organization, providing full-service account management for a diverse book of business. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have a proven track record in employee benefits account management. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of small and large group accounts.
- Prepare and deliver renewal presentations.
- Conduct enrollment meetings and assist clients with policy changes and claims.
- Update and maintain benefit administration systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in employee benefits account management.
- Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BenefitPoint, Ease, and Employee Navigator preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, adaptability, collaboration, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills.
