Bilingual Employee Benefits Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the organization, providing full-service account management for a diverse book of business. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have a proven track record in employee benefits account management. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business consisting of small and large group accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver renewal presentations.
  • Conduct enrollment meetings and assist clients with policy changes and claims.
  • Update and maintain benefit administration systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in employee benefits account management.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BenefitPoint, Ease, and Employee Navigator preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, adaptability, collaboration, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills.
