Bilingual P&C Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Producer

 

Established agency seeking an outgoing, personable, bilingual individual to provide timely quotes, recognize cross-selling opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service for commercial and personal lines customers.

 

Qualifications:

• Establish new relationships with potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners
• Identify prospects through cold calling over the phone, visiting local businesses, and walk-ins
• Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance
• Familiarize yourself with range of products and systems through agency provided training
• Experience in commercial OR personal lines, with an interest in learning the other

Requirements: 

• Proven customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
• Experience from an Independent Agency or a Captive Agent
• Must hold Property & Casualty License.
• Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish

Compensation:

Salary: $45k - $55K + commission
