Broker (Remote - Prefer SE States)
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and motivated Broker to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $75,000 + commission structure (first 2-3 years)
- Benefits: Group health insurance through United Healthcare
- 401(k): Employer match of 4%
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Drive new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active 2-20 license is required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the wholesale insurance industry.
- Proven expertise in handling commercial accounts, particularly in the middle market segment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
