Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from small to large, and providing exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with 2-3 days in the office preferred.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business consisting of commercial accounts of varying sizes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Quote new and renewal business as needed.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial and personal lines insurance preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office preferred. Open to remote arrangements for the right candidate.
