Personal Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
- Paid Time Off: Starting at 17 days annually.
- 401(k): 3% employer contribution of employee's salary per year (Safe Harbor).
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 350 personal lines accounts with an average premium of $4,000 (up to $10,000).
- Handle both new and renewal business, including quoting and policy servicing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Travelers, Main Street America, Progressive, Hartford, Hagerty, and others.
- Utilize AMS 360 software for account management and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proven experience managing personal lines accounts in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with minimal need for supervision.
