Temp Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - Remote 

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking to add a CA Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to their team. This role will consist of handling CA Workers’ Compensation claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of CA Workers Compensation Law and have the ability to work remotely. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Handling CA Indemnity/Lost Time claims
• Average Caseload: 125

 

Requirements:

• SIP strongly preferred
• 3+ yrs of CA Work Compensation
• Litigation experience required

 

Salary/Benefits:

• $35 to $40/hr
• Flex schedule and ability to work remotely
• 401k plan
