Position Overview:

Seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant/Certificate Processor with a Property & Casualty (P&C) license to support a team in managing commercial lines accounts and handling certificate processing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically focusing on commercial lines, preferably on large Real Estate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing commercial lines accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Process and issue certificates of insurance promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients and underwriters to gather necessary information for policy management.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all accounts and certificates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to policy renewals and endorsements.

Qualifications:

  • Valid P&C license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
  • Experience with Sagitta
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies and certificate processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience handling large real estate accounts is not required but a plus!
