Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

• Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience
• 401(k): 4% company match

• Work Environment: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office in Prescott Valley, AZ preferred; Tucson, AZ may be considered)
• Equipment Provided: Laptop, monitors, keyboard, phone, and mouse

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of business with approximately $4 million in premium
• Handle small to medium-sized accounts, including renewals and policy servicing
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients
• Quote new and renewal business as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, including managing a book of business valued at $4 million or more
• Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software preferred
