Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their personal insurance needs.
- Provide advisory services and tailored solutions for both high-net-worth and standard personal lines clients.
- Market, quote, and place personal lines policies, ensuring recommendations align with each client’s goals and coverage requirements.
- Analyze insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals to ensure accuracy, adequate coverage, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Act as a trusted advocate for clients during claims, providing support and working with adjusters, underwriters, and providers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate pricing, manage renewals, and design package solutions that best fit client needs.
- Stay up to date with market trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements to ensure clients are offered the best options and remain well-informed.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, contributing to team and organizational growth.
- Assist in mentoring junior staff and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance policies, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with insurance-related software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid 2-20 Insurance License
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager
- Familiarity with high-net-worth clientele and premium coverage options.
- Professional insurance designations, such as CIC, CISR, or CPRIA, are highly desirable.
