Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $60k-$75k (based on experience).

Responsibilities
- Process certificates of insurance, billing, and auto ID cards.
- Perform basic administrative and processing tasks to support Account Managers.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling client requests and documentation.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage and maintain client records.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service to commercial insurance clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
