Commercial Insurance Account Executive

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced and motivated Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in servicing and supporting producers while managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of middle-market accounts.
  • Collaborate with producers to quote new and renewal business.
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Travel to meet with clients as needed to strengthen relationships and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a similar Account Executive role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 or EPIC software preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
