Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or related work experience
• 3-5 years of experience handling Workers Compensation/Indemnity claims leadership experience required
•  Experience managing NV workers' compensation files 
• Nevada residence required

Job Responsibilities

• Work to oversee workers' compensation claims adjusters in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
• Collaborate with adjusters to ensure processes are processed properly medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in workers' compensation.
