Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits:

Responsibilities
- Manage a $2M book of business, servicing accounts from A-Z.
- Handle all lines of coverage, with a focus on contractor-heavy industries.
- Provide marketing support for accounts as needed.
- Utilize AMS360 agency management system (preferred).
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with AMS360 agency management system is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to client satisfaction.
