Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including generalist accounts and specialized programs for amusement parks, rodeos, festivals, and fairs.
• Quote new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize software tools such as ImageRight and Sagitta to manage accounts and documentation.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Proficiency in using ImageRight and Sagitta software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, "glass half full" attitude with a focus on finding solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
