Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in managing a growing book of business, primarily focused on construction and contractor accounts. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience
- 401(k): Profit sharing with a 6% employer match
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with a focus on construction and contractor accounts (95% of the book)
- Handle accounts ranging from middle to large market, with approximately $500k in revenue per account
- Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including certificates, renewals, marketing, and policy management
- Collaborate with a team of three Account Managers and a Producer to manage a book of business totaling approximately $2.5 million in revenue
- Quote new and renewal business as needed
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in commercial lines insurance
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
