Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized commercial insurance accounts (ranging from $1,000 to $300,000 in size).
  • Quote new and renewal business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in a structured new hire training program, including one-on-one training and mentorship.

Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
