Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized commercial insurance accounts (ranging from $1,000 to $300,000 in size).
- Quote new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries.
- Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in a structured new hire training program, including one-on-one training and mentorship.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
