Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and growing our commercial insurance client base.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance services to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.
  • A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
  • Previous independent agency experience is required.
  • In-depth understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.
  • Highly preferred Agency Management System experience: AMS360
  • Previous experience handling construction, manufacturing, and transportation accounts – preferred.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $80K-$85K (based on experience).
